You hired for it
A person absorbed the queue, and it worked — until the volume grew and the queue simply found two people. Nothing about the work got smaller. It was redistributed, and it is still the same work.
For teams with more work than people
We build AI agents that help you take back the hours your skilled people lose to repetitive work; we deploy autonomous systems that win you more high-value clients than your team can serve today. We build knowledge retrieval systems that help your company operate from a data-backed standpoint. Visible results in 30 days or less.
Your people are competent and busy, and the same work still lands on the same desk every week. That is worth saying plainly, because the obvious conclusion — that someone needs to try harder — is the one thing that has already been tried.
A person absorbed the queue, and it worked — until the volume grew and the queue simply found two people. Nothing about the work got smaller. It was redistributed, and it is still the same work.
A seat, a login, a renewal date. A tool that needs a person to drive it is not less work. It is the same work in a new window, plus one more thing to keep running.
Both failed because a person was still the thing doing the work. Hours only come back when the task stops needing one — and that is a build, not a mindset.
The cost of leaving itThe ceiling stays where it is. The next client is a hiring decision before it is anything else, and the same week is spent again next month.
Comprehensive AI-powered solutions designed to transform your business from the ground up.
Bespoke autonomous agents that own a real job: customer support, outbound lead generation, or answering questions over your own data.
Automate recurring workflows and integrate complex systems to save hundreds of hours.
We build enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems that ground AI in your private knowledge base for accurate, secure, context-aware answers.
Expert guidance on how to implement AI strategically to stay ahead of the competition.
Our gamified learning platform designed to teach your team how to master AI and Automation.
Research collaboration for teams that need AI expertise: feasibility studies, literature reviews, and finding out whether your idea has already been tried.
The scoping is the part most vendors skip, because it is the part that tells you whether the project is worth doing.
We sit with the people doing the job and separate the steps that are rules from the steps that are judgement. Only the first kind can be handed to a machine, and telling the two apart is most of the engagement.
One job, one owner, running against your real documents — including the messy ones. If it cannot survive the worst input you actually have, it is not finished. A clean demo proves nothing.
It runs inside your systems, your team can read what it does and why it decided, and the rules can change without opening a ticket with us. A system you cannot inspect is a dependency, not an asset.
Bespoke AI Agents ready to deploy into your business ecosystem. No onboarding required.
A chain of agents that finds the companies worth calling, qualifies them, writes the approach, and books the meeting.
A multilingual customer service agent that welcomes every visitor, explains what the business offers, and captures the lead.
Connects to your internal databases and researches outward from them. Without what your business already knows it would not know what to look for, so it starts there, then runs the queries and returns the findings on demand.
It is not one model answering a prompt. It is a chain of agents, each holding one job, running end to end from a name on a list to a meeting in your diary.
Finds the companies worth calling
Adds the people and the signals
Scores the fit, drops the rest
Writes and sends the approach
Books the meeting, not a lead
The papers and benchmarks behind how we build — each credited to its original authors, with one new entry added every week.
A deploy that returns HTTP 200 has told you nothing. Three incidents in one project, each passing every status check while shipping the wrong thing.
Group-based reinforcement learning methods credit whole trajectories by final outcome, which makes it hard to see the contribution of individual steps — including valuable steps buried inside failed trajectories. The authors propose Graph-based Group Policy Optimization (GraphGPO), which aggregates all rollout trajectories into a unified state-transition graph, estimates the distance from each state to the task goal using global information encoded in the graph, and assigns credit to each edge by how much the transition reduces that distance. They report improved training efficiency and state-of-the-art performance across a range of benchmarks.
We removed a working feature because it hardcoded a 75% improvement rate that nobody had measured. It converted well. That is exactly why it had to go.
The software is the easy part and it will look ordinary within a year. What lasts is where the hours went.
You can take the next client without the next hire. Growth arrives as a capacity question you have already answered, instead of a recruiting problem you have to start solving first.
The rules the work follows get written down and run the same way every time — including in the week the person who knew them is on leave, or has handed in their notice.
The judgement, the exceptions and the relationships. Not the retyping, the reformatting and the copying between systems that never learned to talk to each other.
Every number we publish names the client behind it. So here, instead of a number, is the work each system completes — end to end, with no human in the loop.
Skilled people absorb repetitive work by default. Support agents reset passwords, nurses retype conversations into forms, paralegals read an hour of boilerplate to find one clause. None of it is what they were hired for, and all of it is billable time.
We deploy agents that hold the context and complete the task: authenticate the customer, draft the EHR entry, flag the non-standard clause. Your specialist reviews the output instead of producing it.
These are the systems we build. Watch them run
