  • Usage & Chat Data: We store chat logs (your queries and the AI's responses) to power our Cyber Auditor threat-detection system and to improve the contextual memory of our AI agents.
WARNING - SENSITIVE DATA: Do not input Highly Sensitive Data (such as Personal Health Information, Social Security Numbers, or highly confidential financial secrets) into our AI chat interface. We utilize third-party LLM providers, and while we strive for security, we do not guarantee compliance with frameworks like HIPAA.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use it for:

  • Providing and maintaining our Service (including rate limiting and DDoS protection via IP logging).
  • Processing payments via third-party processors (we do not store your credit card details).
  • Improving our AI models (Chat logs may be reviewed to ensure quality of service and prevent prompt injection attacks).

4. Data Retention & Anonymization

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for.

  • Raw Chat Logs: Kept for exactly 7 days to power our real-time security auditing (Cyber Auditor). After 7 days, the raw logs (including IP addresses) are permanently deleted.
  • Training Data: Before deletion, chat logs are processed through an Anonymization Pipeline which strips out Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, emails, SSNs, and credit cards. The scrubbed conversational data is then moved to long-term storage strictly for training and improving our AI models.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website routes queries to third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic via FreeLLMAPI). These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the data sent to them.

6. Your Legal Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
