How we build it
Teach the failure modes first
Everyone starts with what goes wrong: hallucination, retrieval misses, silent automation failures. People who have seen the failure modes recognise them in production.
Build, then break
Every module ends with an exercise that breaks the thing you just built. Understanding a system means knowing which input kills it.
Assess against a threshold, not attendance
Modules are graded with a pass mark and per-question explanations. A certificate for sitting through videos is a receipt, not a qualification.
